Information you choose to send
Our request form asks for your name, email, optional phone, service need, location, timing and a short description of your condo question. Do not include sensitive financial account details, government ID numbers or health information in the message.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry and, when you request it, arrange a relevant introduction to a RealPartners-recommended professional. The form also records the page you came from, referral source and campaign parameters so our team can understand and route the request.
Systems and recipients
Inquiries are intended to be delivered through the PRPTY lead service to the intended CRM account and internal notification inbox. A requested introduction may require sharing your contact and relevant property details with the selected professional. The receiving professional operates their own business and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
Contact info@prpty.ca to ask about access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You can use the educational guides without sending a form.
Third-party links
This site links to RealPartners, provider websites, provincial and federal sources, YouTube and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you leave this site. The monthly cost planner runs in your browser and does not transmit the numbers you enter.
